Alumni Board BBQ/Potluck
Sunday, June 13 1:00 – 4:00 PM
2004-2005 WDCSA Co-Presidents Garry Tyran and Risa Shimoda would like to invite everyone to a potluck BBQ at the home of Charles Hokanson to kick off the summer.
1. Who is presently on the Washington, DC Stanford Alumni Association Board
2. Who has been interested in organizing or assisting with events for 2004 – 2005, but is unsure as to how to get involved
3. Who has volunteered for Stanford events and wants to remain involved
Why? This is an informal event for everyone to meet other board members and prospective members and build on the terrific momentum we've established during 2003-4. Your attendance will help us get an idea of who will be helping us lead the WDCSA efforts this next season.
Where? 3000 Spout Run Parkway #B-605 (Cardinal House Condominium) Arlington, VA 22201, Cell Phone of Charles Hokanson: 202-285-1023. Cardinal House is located at the intersection of Lee Highway and Spout Run Parkway in North Arlington.
Please RSVP to Charles Hokanson via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), and the week before the BBQ/Potluck he will e-mail those that are coming to see what they might be able to bring. Also, Charles has a limited number of pool passes - let him know if you're interested in jumping in!
Guest parking is the first row of parking nearest the street. Guests arriving after 1:30 pm should call either Charles Hokanson at 202-285-1023 or Risa Shimoda 301-502-6548 so someone can let them in and show them to the pool area on the 4th floor.
